9% Rooms tax will be added to your rate

GUESTS TO SUPPLY TOWELS: Cabins should be left broom clean and tidy with dishes cleaned, dried and put away. Any additional charges for cabins left in a mess, for damages to the cabins or its contents will be placed on the credit card used to secure the reservation.

CHECK IN time is 3 PM - 9PM. Please call if it may be later.
CHECK OUT time is 10 AM. Please be prompt as we need the time to clean for our next guests. We do appreciate your consideration.

DEPOSIT: 50% advance deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Remaining balance must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required. A reservation is confirmed by email upon receipt of a deposit check or a payment by credit card.

The reservation is for a set number of guests. If more than the permitted number of people arrive, you may be asked to leave or a fee assessed. Additional visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without the express consent of the owners.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 day cancellation is required (deposit refunded minus 20% administration fee) or the deposit will be forfeited in full. Refunds for early departure will not be provided. Please let us know as soon as possible.

SMOKING NOT ALLOWED INSIDE: Smoking of any product or vaping is not allowed per Vermont Law in the cottage. A 200.00 fee will be charged to anyone who violates this policy.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY

NO PET POLICY: No pets are permitted on the grounds or in the cabins.

Please do not leave food on the porch or the picnic table as this will attract animals.

QUIET TIME: is 10:30 PM to 7 AM. Please respect other guests on the property.

Firewood Policy: Supplied by guests. Please do not transport firewood over state lines as that is illegal for environmental reasons.
